A Demon Warlord vs A Demon Slayer

When said I would go with Gargos if BFR was in his character, that was before I had taken into account every other variable. Opinions can change. That's how debating should work.

In any case, I'm going to stick with voting for Doom for my own reasons. He has the potential to kill Gargos in just a few hits (possibly even weakening him in just one), possesses blatant resistances to Gargos's other hax (and there is in fact evidence for this), has durability and stamina that will allow him to tank Gargos's attacks, enough power to wreck any of Gargos's minions, and more ways to actually put Gargos down than vice-versa. Unless Gargos BFRs as soon as the fight starts, Doom has what it takes to kill him before he can.

We have been talking about BFR being in Character, but anyways, I would count both votes but I would upgrade the treath later, still I cant talk about the other guys vote since:


-Too weak for an argument.


-Cant say thats a change, havent responded.

Kudos to MrKing, he made an excellent essay on the battle.

I agree with him, Doomguy wins with high difficulties. Gargos is a tough cookie and a really versatile one, and considering Doomguy's Blood Knight-ish tendencies, he will remember the fight fondly as that one challanging end-game boss. His weaponry, tactics and experience may be a bit too much for good and old Gargy.

Looks like it's now 4-1 in favor of the Doom Slayer.

Also, Doom's hax resistances I mentioned before have actually been approved since the last time I replied to this thread, so we can just about put to rest the notion that he'll succumb to any mind or soul manipulation in this fight.

Since Doomslayer has 6 votes, I suppose I could get this concluded and closed. I'm switching my vote to Doomslayer for reasons above. He has resistance to most of Gargos's hax and could tank his own BFG even if it gets teleported to him. And if Gargos manages to get close, DS pretty much one punches him Saitama style.
