no he had transmutation with the thrown powder
1. That isn't listed on his page. It doesn't even show transmutation other than in his resistance. (In the key I see at least)

2. The other votes still wouldn't count as it's voting based an attack that wouldn't work. If homer shows he can regen his head, and doesn't actually need his brain to survive, why would he die from that. On top of that, how could terrain pull that off considering they are within the same level, he would have to seriously beat on homers head in order for that to even work, and since homers regen works so fast, it isn't realistically happening

There's also the fact that the Terrarian should be able to collect Homer's soul after like blowing his head off
How so?
The Terrarian can take the souls of defeated enemies, as shown by the souls of light/darkness

which also arguably soul destruction too since there's only a % chance for a monster to drop a soul

also. the corruption/crimsn power as shown to trasmutate beings, but only real thing it would do is maybe turn Homer feral.

BTW, the Terriarian's dynamite block is strong enought to one shot himself, so that would help dealing with Homer's regen.

There's also another way he could win, that being using an Eternia crystal and opening portals to allow him to BFR Homer, but him even using it is farfetched at best..

@Livin

Doesn't really help, both 8-C keys are Post-King Slime

Well. That's fair I suppose. Assuming homer doesn't immediately go back in his body though. As his soul can do that. And not like Terrian would be that close. If he uses TNT which kills himself in a shot, he can't be close to it else it kills him too.

Then that won't accomplish much

And no it will not. Even if it one shots him, he doesn't share the regen level homer does. It would have to be far high to rip his body to shreds. And if it did that, it would be notably higher than what it's at. And that also assumes he even has one blow up close enough to homer to have him in the one shot range. And homer doesn't punt it away or get away

TNT isn't not the only thing he has that can harm Homer tho, all weapons should be able to.

also the explosive blocks blows up immidiatly after being activated, so Homer can't punt it away or get away if he find himself in range of one.

Also everything in Terraria blows to pieces when it dies, so Homer's regen is bypassed with just regular attacks ovo

Well yes. But his other weapons are things homer should realistically be able to regen from.

Fair enough on that. But he still needs to activate it. As well as not be in range himself. Less he throws it at homer, he still has plenty of time to get away too. And even if he throws it, Homer can still react to avoid at least some of the blast

Quite obviously he is using self destruct as a last ditch effort

Homer can't regenerate from decapitation or from getting chopped to pieces which any sword should be able of doing at this level.

Homer gets heavily outclassed. Even the bees are bad enough to distract and injure him, giving the Terrarian a lot of time to either use a better magic spell or just cut his head off. I don't remember Homer regenerating lost limbs so incapacitating him that way is entirely possible.
