You realize these guys are 4km away right. And Tsumemon can dodge. And could just as easily one shot. Something people ignore. One good hit and Terr's Mind is destroyed.

You realize that means Tsumemon plenty of time to duplicate right? Not to mention, as I said he can dodge and such. Tsumemon's Duplication takes the win her for me seeing as he will overwhelm Terrarian more times than not with pure numbers.

Not counting Tsumemon dodging through the air freely among other things. He make one duplicate, they keep dodging, the continue to multiply ,Terrarian tries to wipe them out, he hits some, another multiplies, eventually there will be a never ending swarm of Duplicates that he can't hope to fully shoot down when dodging is brought into the mix. The assumption that Tsumemon is just going to sit there and let Terr just stab or slash him is unfounded. He's a baby yes, but he can still apply basic battle commands like running, dodging and using his powers.

And Tsumemon can just Destruction Cannon. Or let me bring up another ability from Kuramon. I didn't bring it up because we never put it on file as Kuramon doesn't have moves on the Keramon file, but;

Who knows. Only thing I can say is duplication and eating data is his nature. His battle strategies are unknown. Each time he appeared, he ate a bit of data and Digivolved almost immediately. Even though he will likely start with Nail Scratch and Duplications. After that anything is fair game.
