8-B Tier Tournament Recruitment

Oudo's ability can actually be broken through via high willpower. Though when people did that one time he did force them back down afterwards, but if you have even higher willpower than Hitoyoshi Zenkichi then you'd be able to break through it with some difficulty.
 
Willpower isn't quantifiable, that may be pretty broken considering the absurdness of the ability.
 
also did we just find the Darth Sidious of Tier 8-B
 
He can also use the ability to steal others' powers, including simple physical characteristics, he stole the physical characteristics of someone with cybernetic enhancements without having those cybernetic enhancements himself.

Depending on how things are equalized that could make him even more busted.

Don't see why not, in a neutral verse the person giving him it isn't there (Kaliber). So yeah, wouldn't be applicable anyways.

Anyone got a problem with this? If I didn't see a good match for your character I just sorta hurled them in somewhere.
 
It would be. Type 8 based on someone else is allowed in these threads, the whole neutral verse thing doesn't really matter. Mercurius can bring back rein, Khorne can bring back Kharn (though he does it in a way that counts as BFR, and mat decide not to, yada yada) so it may cause an issue. If we aren't using haxxed characters, I don't see how anyone really gets past that or the chosen undead's rez.

Lich's Reality Warping is pretty weak. Basically he controls some aspects of Bullet Hell.
