Satan hasn't demonstrated the ability to replicate passive abilities, so there's nothing stopping Geo from using Black End Galaxy on Satan to end the fight. Even if Satan gets the idea to use it first, Geo is immune to the effects of black holes as he pranced around the supermassive black hole in the middle of the Milky Way with ease.

Alternatively, he can use his Battle Cards (as Satan hasn't demonstrated the ability to copy equipment) to pull off things like the Dread Laser to scatter Satan's form into EM Waves.

I may also be rooting for Geo due to reasons above. There is a difference in striking strength (Geo is XPJ while Satan is XTJ). One strike might put Satan in trouble, or even end him. I think the only way he can get the upper hand would be if he uses his cloning technique since the beginning, but given his questionable decisions during battles, he might not even consider it. The difference in range can also be another disadvantage for Satan.

Geo takes this for reasons above. Low diff. He's better in just about every way and isn't someone who makes stupid decisions for the sake of a fun fight.

Come to think of it, this might be a stomp, considering the fact that Geo is in the mid-end of Solar System level while Satan is on the very low end.

I might or might not agree. Satan has no real way to win reliably. Geo is smarter, more powerful, more haxed, and versatility.
