Also the gap is quite literally teetering towards stomp territory.
He also has danmaku and homing attacks. As well as unblockable attacks.

Yeah, White AP stomps, also I recommend using Base Prime White which starts as 24 Teratons, he only use Cullinan against strong enemies.(and to make it fair since he literally has the highest AP)

He stomps wins via superior AP, Skill and abilities overall.

He literally is in one shot area

I really don't think DK has a chance regardless of which White is being used. White is far too haxy and looking at DK's profile, he's very unimpressive to say the least.
