With speed being equalized, Naruto only has danger sense but even if he sensed the danger he won't know that it's his organs that are about to be removed and he wouldn't be able to stop it.

Durability doesn't save you from hax, and Naruto has not shown any resistance to Soul Manipulation or Space-Time attacks.

Zeus via hax stomp. Shouldn't be added. And about Zeus destroying Naruto's soul, It won't happen. Souls in Naruto exist as chakra in the real world and contain chakra in the other world. Naruto's soul should therefore be strong enough to not be destroyed, though Zeus boltz would have to get past Naruto's defenses first.

This is a mismatch. Naruto doesn't really have Hax as stated above, his bezt abilities at most bypass certain levels of Durability but that's about it, he's basically in the same boat as Goku.
