Proving that Toneri never intended to simply wipe out the surface z he fully intended to destroy planet Earth

Another reference is given by the 4th Raikage, who says "the very existence of Earth depends on it"


How is this relevant to Naruto? Well after being beaten by Naruto, Toneri absorbs Naruto's chakra

Then, he states he will use the chakra to destroy the world


So atleast 5-B Naruto

Even if you based their moon with our own for our own, it would be Low 5-B

IE: Theia impact, which probably happened in earth's history.

And this is even worse because the moon in naruto is hollow, so it would probably be lower.

The moon is not hollow. It's overpowered Chibaku Tensei with sealing capabilites. Also it's center not hollow or it's not hollowed by Hamura because there is no logic why Hamura hollow the around of his mother's or Juubi's husk.

We already dealt about this. Kep already calced all the Toneri meteor stuff as at least Low 5-B, which is necessary enough to easily destroy the planet, Toneri statement referred to the thing above.
