It doesnt matter. The whole basis is where to attack, you need to look at your opponent, and if you look, you die to Madness Manipulation. That is what the Type 3 is.

Please refer to the profile, Highwayman does not possess or use madness manip at all in combat. Its listed as resistance from the effects of those who use it. He will need optional equipment tho as without that his hax is limited to sneaking and bleed inducement

What's wrong with Ganondorf being in this bracket

There is no way to get past his Type 8 without a holy weapon.

His type 8 is pretty much useless, it's linked to his type 4 immortality and all it does is guarantee that he can't permanently die and will always come back but it takes several hundreds of years for him to recover if you do actually kill him, and you don't need a holy weapon to kill him (Just makes doing the deed more manageable). There could other reasons for him not getting in but type 8 isn't one of them.

With Ben 10000, since Buzzshock 10000 is considered 5-A... all of them (except Grey Matter and similar fodder but generally said fodder has extreme intelligence or cool hax). I'll probably revise Ben 10000's tier but that probably won't be soon and he would still be 5-A with Way Big anyways (because that downgrade won't go through any time soon either)
