4Kids' Splinter finally fights a rat king but not really {STOMP}

It's pretty weird how 4Kids' Splinter never fights the rat king even though he appears in the show. What's even worse is that rat king doesn't have a profile on the wiki. So I guess I'll have to use the second best thing (Pun intended). This may or may not be a stomp so I just want to get this out of my system

Equipment based but it's just as simple. She just turns on a switch on a small handheld device and direct a number of rats towards a certain location

Yes, that's why I picked this iteration of Splinter. He does still have extremely superior stats though

Also for @MikeBro25, is it in-character for this iteration of Splinter to talk his way out of a fight before fighting or does he just attack with no hesitation?

I mean if Splinter doesn't attack Ratcatcher would be absolutely fine with not fighting at all, neither of them are aggressive characters so the "fight" would be over really quickly. SBA kinda forbids that tho
