Feat​

In Spider-Man 2, Doc Ock creates the Protostar Reactor. Which is stated to be capable of destroying Manhattan.
In No Way Home, he repeats the line he used in SM2 when referring to the Arc Reactor, which implies Tony's Arc Reactor has similar capabilities to the Protostar. Meaning that Tony's MK 7-47 Armors potentially have this level of Power.

Calculation​

There are multiple ways of going about this:
Method 1 (Ground-Based Explosion): Manhattan is 13.4 miles long, or 21.56521 kilometers. This makes the radius 10,782.6 Meters, making the yield a little over 100 Megatons of TNT.
Method 2 (Fragmentation): Manhattan is 2.3 Miles or 3,701.49 meters, the elevation is 81 meters.
This makes the total volume 6.46569614e15 cm3
Frag is 8 j/cm3, making the yield 5.17255691e16 Joules, or 12.36 Megatons of TNT or 7-B / City Level
Method 3 (V. Frag): Yield is 4.46133034e17 joules or 106 Megatons of TNT or 7-A / Mountain Level
Method 4 (Pulv.): Yield is 1.38592197e18 Joules or 331 Megatons of TNT or 7-A / Mountain Level
Method 5 (Vaporization): Yield is 1.66168391e20 Joules or 39.7 Gigatons of TNT or 6-C / Island Level

Results​

Overall Yield Ranges between 7-B to 6-C, with 7-A being the most consistent. I personally think the Pulverization end makes the most sense. Given the reactor was sucking everything into it leaving no trace of debris.

Summary​

It turns out that the Doomsday we saw wasn't the real Doomsday. The real Doomsday was a genetic experiment created by the Kryptonian scientist Bertron during the Last War, producing a deformity with unfathomable stores of power and capacity for destruction.

Feat​

Bertron's Doomsday was said by Zack Snyder to have shattered a Moon by a fall.

Calculation​

Assuming the Moon Bertron's Doomsday shattered was identical to the Earth's Moon Moon's Volume = 2.1958E+10 km3 or 2.1958E+25 cc Using Rock Fragmentation for the result Rock Fragmentation = 8 J/cc Energy in Joules = 2.1958E+25 × 8 = 1.75664E+26 Joules = 41.9847036329 Petatons (High 6-A / Multi-Continent level)

The result of it puts Bertron's Doomsday at High 6-A / Multi-Continent level

The Snyder Cut version of Steppenwolf was stated to have survived a battle with Bertron's Doomsday.
