First Realm High 3-A, Second Realm High 3-A, Small Ball High 3-A.
Being bigger than Infinity without any dimensions of time doesn't get you any higher. It'd be different if the realms consisted of Space-Time Columns.

The ball is still 3D, The character would be High 3-A and since he's bigger than it he would have Large Size Type 8

If 2nd Realm is an uncountable infinite of the 1st Realm (High 3-A), then it should be consider as qualitative superiority, and got 4D (Low 2-C). Likewise, the small ball is 5D, if it being uncountable infinite of 2nd Realm.
