If it's a "I exist on a higher level of existence" kind of transcend, yes.
Reminder that to become a higher tier you would truly need to surpass the existential level of the smaller dimension to be of the higher dimension and thus its tier. That's part of the reason why we stopped dimensional tiering to begin with and became more strict with the whole "levels of infinite qualitative superiority higher than x" gimmick.
