Ezio via Apple of Eden, and AFAIK, Agent 47 was supposed to be upgraded to Wall level via a couple of feats from the games, Absolution and the novels, and those feats would make him on par with Ezio, who has also been upgraded to Wall level and has feats on par with 47.

Hmmm, apparently, Ezio's AP advantage is now high enough to one-shot 47 even with 47 getting upgraded to Wall level. Ezio's dura feats go into the megajoules realm via surviving multiple cannonballs and emerging unharmed, not only that, his other foes have survived similar feats and Ezio stomped them with ease. And of course, for going toe-to-toe with a Staff of Eden-amped Rodrigo Borgia, whose AP ranges in the double digit megajoule realm.
