Billy Lee VS Kunio (GRACE)

Pretty fun and classic match up, but leaning towards Bimmy Lee; did that on purpose. Anyway, most of their abilities and stats are similar, but Billy has more notable martial arts feats iirc. And he appears to have more varied feats with the Mix tape and Double Dragon Medallion. Dragon Spirits also help him in the versatility department.

River city girls just came out. Maybe there a feats we can use to scale from that game.
 
Lmao, I just got and beat the game (not the secret last boss just yet, cuz I didn't break all statues) and it seems like the girlfriend (Mami), one-sided love interest (Hasebe) and the now yandere stalker exes (Kyoko and Misako) are far stronger than Kunio and Riki, scaling from Abobo's ground pound which via eyeballing looks at least 9-A, possibly 8-C. Kunio and Riki also get one-shotted by the yanderes at the end, so I don't think they scale.

Even speedwise, they don't match up to the yanderes dodging cloud to ground lightning from Yamada and soundwave attacks from Noize (possibly best girl along with Hasebe and Sabuko).
 
This game just poke fun really hard at all old school Beat em up game in general (especially the confusing of canon to story)

And i wouldn't say kunio is weaker then main girls so fast

1: is look more of joke.

2: They don't even fight the girl for real.

Look more like PiS to me. I think kunio should scale above both of them.
 
They shouldn't scale. The dudes didn't do anything combat-related in the entire story. If anything, they would scale above Misuzu's wall and pillar destroying feats, since the boys have actually fought her before.

I am aware that the games clashes the canons of the Kunio games where Mami/Hasebe and Kyoko/Misako were the love interests in different games. In RCG though, Mami/Hasebe are the canon gfs and Kyoko/Misako aren't aware of this, which is why they still believe that Kunio/Riki are their bfs.
 
Skullmageddon from Double Dragon does have a feat that would be High 6-A at bare minimum. ProtoDude calculated it to be Low 5-B though. We have yet to move the calculation to a blog here though and it hasn't been evaluated yet is the only reason so far.
 
My vote is for Billy. He's a martial arts master and if I'm not mistaken has taken on crazier stuff than Kunio has, (etc. Skullamageddon)
 
Why wouldn't they scale to Abobo though who Kunio and co have been able to fight and defeat multiple times in the series anyway? Or their own gf's for that matter?
