As the CRT title states, it is about SCP-871(EC Key). In an RCT time travel (RCT basically the SCP Foundation's TVA) Keter Cakes/SCP-871 were claimed to be able to multiply forever, prevent big bang, or create the big bang as well as a new universe
So the cake will be upgraded to 3A over time as well as granting it limited Space-Time manipulation, Explosion manipulation by creating the big bang or prevent it happen (As state here)

"Possibly" and "likely" are for such things. In addition, the author of the tale state that Keter Cake can prevent the heat death of the universe, is that enough?

Don't know anything about SCP but possibly is for shaky evidence with no good contradiction. Likely is for strong evidence but another interpretation was made but isn't near the credibility of the original interpretation, while still being possible. Not for a theory on how things might work.
