So, this feat was discussed in the DC General Discussion Thread chat as being a 3B feat:

Feat: Quarzz Tehrarhni sealing a black hole that was going to destroy the entire Space Sector(Green Lantern vol 2 #151)

Additional Context: Space Sectors, being 1/3600th of the universe should count as at least Multi-Galaxy level, and have had galaxies in them. For example, our sector (2814) contains the Milky Way Galaxy and Galaxy 882 (later shown in Green Lantern vol 3 #19 to both still exist post-crisis and be part of Hal Jordan's patrol) at the very least.

Feat comes from an experienced Green Lantern (Served for nearly 137 years) and is a pretty clear limit for him (Took all of his might and he died from his wounds hours later), this should be a good baseline for what your "average" Lantern can do.

This is a 3B (Multi-Galaxy) feat since our Sector has at least 2 Galaxies in them. This obviously doesn't scale to rookies, but would scale to high level Lanterns like Hal, John, Guy and Kyle. If it does end up getting scaled to other lanterns, they would downscale to it or have it as an absolute limit since Quarzz died from it.

I personally think this is a good feat to use.

I agree that the feat should the tiered as 3-B, however, my concern is when you say "scaled to the high level lanterns", to what extent are we doing that?

Edit: If this is replacing their 3-C ratings then I agree with Ant that it is self-evident, my initial concern was that this may be impacting the varies tier.

This seems self-evident to me. 🙏

No, It merely replaces their 3-C tiers, not their varied tiers. The Four Corpsmen (Hal, John, Guy, Kyle post COF) should be comfortably above Quarzz

Ok I was originally going to make this part of a downgrade thread but screw it, I'll just slap this here.

The original purpose of their 3-C rating was to be a holder tier for their more casual levels, since they're not always operating at 2-C levels constantly, especially when against other regular lanterns. However there are two problems with 3-C and 3-B.

- The 3-C would actually fall under High 3-A when rereading it, as Driq was containing an infinite expanding space. Also we have a statement for space sectors being infinite sized but let's leave that for now.
- Both of them end up dying when performing such a feat, implying that this level of power isn't done regularly by Lanterns, which kinda go agaisnt the whole point of why they had the 3-C rating.

So in summary, both Driq's and Quarzz's feat should be compiled alongside Hal and the human lanterns higher end ratings, as for their more casual levels should be At least 4-A, upscaling from the weakened Lanterns who can contain the galaxy destroying explosion. That and the other 4-A feats that we have.

TL;DR, all Post-Crisis 3-Cs should be 4-A. Sorry to disappoint.

Okay. Thank you for your evaluation. 🙏❤️

Completely fair!
