Shin Godzilla has potent Reactive Evolution (which, among many other things, gave him the lasers and a radar that can accurately detect stealth bombers several kilometers above him after he got hit the first time, so, it can get ridiculous) and his applicable Regenerationn is good enough to completely negate damage dealt by bunker busters exploding inside him in a matter of seconds (this also includes those that exploded in his neck, which should have done severe damage to his spinal cord if he has it). In other words, Hulk needs to incap him in one hit or else Godzilla becomes impossible for him to beat (either by becoming too tough, improving his Regenerationn or developing something to kill Hulk first).

Shin Godzilla's non-applicable duplication refers to the pieces of him becoming separate organisms, but he is fully capable of creating separate life forms with his reactor shut down (i.e. with little to no energy) in a rather short period of time.

Not related to this match, but how the hell does Hulk not have resistance to radiation when that's exactly what made him Hulk to begin with?

i'm leaning towards the lizard, his Reactive evolution and danmaku will eventually overwhelm and kill Hulk.

Is this Godzilla powered by radiation? If so he may be able to absorb the ambient radiation Hulk emits.

Yeah, this Godzilla absorbs radiation. apparantly he has a nuclear reactor inside his body... His back plates act similar to the smoke stacks that radiation plants have. But just to clarify, Godzilla has vastly superior range, can fire multiple laser which act like lightsabers, or just gigantic superheated blasts of flame. he is larger and has a healing factor equal to Hulks, and has the ability to grow immune to Hulk's attacks...

That ability isn't exactly straightforward either. If Hulk punches him, he isn't guaranteed to just become durable enough to tank it next time. He could also enhance his smoke breath to simply blow him away, turn into a mass of much smaller creatures combined into his general shape so that they move out of the way whenever Hulk tries to attack, achieve flight or just find the means to kill him before he is attacked again. This is without getting into his how he can create completely new elements out of nowhere, so, brewing up something that can nullify gamma radiation is also possible, but less likely.

There's no easy way to kill him like destroying his brain either as getting most of his body shut down (including his head) doesn't prevent him from being active enough to start spawning new life forms with very little energy cost and he clearly doesn't need anything aside from a power source to function if pieces blown off his body are still alive and growing.
