While, yes, seems odd a fusion of Tails could match the Chaos Force, it’s a fusion of an infinite number of Tails (aka, The Chosen One)

Post-Absorption Titan Tails has the power that matched the Chaos Force, + the Chaos Force itself from absorbing it from Master Mogul (2nd tenure)

Compare to Enerjak, who is stated to be scattered across the Chaos Force

Titan Tails easily got this. Plus the fact, as the Chosen One, the Power grants Tails knowledge on how to use it effectively.

Nope. Tails has only fought Mogul and Naugus in Super States.

The stomp you remember is Master Mogul (2nd Tenure) 1 with the Chaos Force above.

Possibly not. True Enerjak's essence is scattered across the Chaos Force. The range is different from Master Mogul's form he took and it could throw Titan Tails off.

Sonic's FateHax is the strongest in the verse, with Titan Tails the 2nd strongest (as things should be). Even if TTails is doubly stronger than Master Mogul (2nd Tenure), who is the strongest being the FateHax defeated, its extremely likely FH works on Titan Tails.

Heck, with how the FateHax works, it created Titan Tails.

Considering Super Sonic, who is faaaaarrrrrrrrrr weaker than the Chaos Force, nuked the Chaos Force via Conceptual Hax, Enerjak is able to do something.

You could possibly only assume the reason Super Sonic tanked the Super Genesis Wave and the Chaos Force didn’t, is because the Super Forms are stated to have invulnerability, while the Chaos Force wasn’t.

Which gets confusing, when Chaos Energy can grant invulnerability to Super Forms and a large collection of Power Rings, but the Chaos Force wouldn’t have been since it fell victim to SGW while Super Sonic didn’t. But that seems to be the most logical conclusion I can come up with.
