Sans' warp ability is really broken and can reset Skeletox to his position many times, and his attacks directly affect the Soul. I don't think Skeletox's corruption works on another skeleton like Sans, and if it does, the page does say it takes some time. So if Sans opens up with his most powerful attack as well as telekinesis, he can kill Skeletox before Skeletox can land a hit most likely imo.
