So currently Tachibana Kukuri and Demiurge (11eyes-Tsumi to Batsu to Aganai no Shoujo) are rated as being Omniscient, however I think this is incorrect.
They are rated as being Omniscient for being able to see all of time including the past, present and the infinite possibilities that exist for the future.
Now looking at multiple profiles ie Madoka Kaname, knowing all the past and future doesn't give you Omniscience.
Albeit Tachibana doesn't only see the past, present, future, but past, present, and infinite possibilities for the future.
Tachibana has also never been stated to be Omniscient, only that she sees all of time.
So I think she should just have Nigh-Omniscience, though it's pretty good Nigh-Omniscience.
