I believe Earl once said something about Soul destruction working, I think.

EE, as I understand it misogi has no feats of returning after being erased both physically and spiritually

though i'm sure the loser will use all fiction before beerus uses hakai

Misogi has never just EE'd his opponent, but he's also tended to have other motivations at play where he wants to make them suffer, so just starting with EE wouldn't be a thing. He'd probably just Bookmaker which I think would incap Beerus.

He sometimes also open with pseudo time stop /teleportation

Misogi murders here. Speed is equal so there goes the blitzing opportunity. As for how Misogi opens up:
*All Fiction EE
*Bookmaker
*All Fiction ability erasure
Does it really matter? Pretty much anything he does will guarantee the win.

It's not a stomp since Beerus could Hakai, but it sounds like Kumagawa would go for a winning move more quickly than Beerus would, in-character.

Firstly, wait until the 24 hour grace period is over.
