EDIT: If both our AP and Striking Stength call it Below Average, we should probably just change the Tier to it.
 
I'm just kinda at a loss when I do a 10-C page if I should put it as "Below Average level" or "Below Average Human level"
 
Below Average on its own doesn't make sense.Since the Tier is based on weak humans it should be called Below Average Human.

Lol facts. Supposedly "athletic humans" in Marvel are Small Building level.
 
DC Peak humans are 8-C and Massively Hypersonic, Marvel peak humans are 8-A and Massively Hypersonic. Average Fire Emblem foot soldier = Marvel Peak human; except GBA ones are more DC peak human's level.
