10-C Tournament Set Up

I'm setting up a Tournament to get some 10-C characters some fights. I'll take up to 10 different characters for 5 starting rounds.

Rules

1 character per person

They must be 10-C

No insane hackers that are just physically weak (don't wanna see no time stop or such hacks)

They are allowed to have weapons, and their weapons can be different tier levels. Just expect range weapons to be restricted if they go up against someone who doesn't have one. Or both receive weapons so one doesn't just one shot, where the other couldn't one shot.

Speed is equal

They will fight in a forest


If ya want to participate. Get a 10-C character. The list below will put who has what character. (Side note, don't worry about a fight that's already happened. It can easily be rediscussed. Like Burns vs Herbert)
