1-A without hierarchy?

Hello, I was trying to re-read the Tiering System FAQ about a certain section, specifically about characters becoming 1-A without needing a infinite-dimensional hierarchy, but that section is just completely gone? I checked the editing history but I can't find any edit justifying it's removal either

I don't ever recall that it was specifically mentioned you don't need an infinite-dimensional hierarchy to become 1-A. However, it's rather straightforward since 1-A transcends the concept of quantification, so yeah, you indeed don't need an infinite-dimensional hierarchy.
