It does for low 1-A in the context of transcending all dimensions, without a further context of being 1-A. They're taken as transcending all possible dimensions.

Yes. Low 1-A was placed at such a high number due to the idea that "We should take 'all' to truly mean all, regardless of what is hinted as existing within the series itself."

It doesn’t just apply to low 1-A, where ‘all’ means all possible/conceivable amounts. It also applies to high 1-As in the context of transcending layers themselves, and even to tier 0, like transcending all qualities, all differences, all divisions, etc. So basically, it’s the word ‘all’ itself that’s taken loosely in the context of transcendence.

Both Gurren Lagann and Honkai have used “transcending dimensions” type statements as arguments to push for high ratings and those weren’t enough. To say we’re loose on the upgrades is a bit misleading imo. Also this is derailing from the original thread so let’s stay on topic.

Tbf, about "dimensions" thing, it is depending on contexts of this suppose dimensions, if dimensions as in actual dimensional axes thing then yeah, but dimensions as in generic realm, place, space, universe thing then it isn't Low 1-A.
Also even the FAQ said generic "above dimensions or space-time" wouldn't count
About Honkai, i remember correctly aside from transcending dimensions, it also have Absolute Infinity statement and some transfinite statements which is mathematical things, these thing was automatically Low 1-A before @Ultima_Reality nuking Absolute Infinity automatically being Low 1-A into oblivion. Idk about Gurren Lagan, but the verse was never get upgraded to Low 1-A, just some CRTs tried to do it
Tbf, i was once thought that reality - fiction should be automatically a duality like existence and nonexistence since you can consider fiction to be non-real, or reality can be consider to be non-fiction. But hey, just my thought
