What are the basic requirements for a character to be 1-A so that they won't get confused as a Low 1-A character instead, when they transcend a High 1-B structure?

This wiki uses "dimensional tiering". 1-A, you need to transcend the entire notions or concept of dimensions. Dimensions can extend up to infinity and beyond infinity. with a higher dimension being immeasurably beyond a lower dimension in size. Basically, you must completely transcend the hiearchy regardless of any extensions in the hiearchy, so it doesn't matter how high you go into dimensions, it should be completely irrelevant to someone who is 1-A. You need to be able to transcend the concept of this hiearchy to attain 1-A. Although the verse doesn't necessarily need to have this hiearchy of dimensions.

ye, it has to be like no possible extension of the infinite-layered hiearchies, normally infinite dimensions, can ever extend onto their level. That's why we say "transcend the very notion or concepts of dimensions".

While dimensions can give you tier 1, they aren't the only way nor are they a requirement.

Wdym, dimensional tiering is still used but now you added layers because of "composite hiearchies".
