1-A and platonic Concepts

So where does platonic Concepts really scale to here? I mean they're basically transcendent and governs over Reality while being aspatial and atemporal. I need a answer. I've been trying to figure this out for a long time. I need someone knowledgeable

Did something change with the tiering revisions from last year compared to before that? I read from a 2023 post that Platonism used to be 1-A but it got downgraded.

Is Platonism/Neoplatonism back to being 1-A?

I just read some posts from 2023 saying that Platonism doesn't grant 1-A anymore only for it to suddenly grant 1-A/H1-A depending on the context. So I was just asking what changed between then and now.
