1-A and High 1-B Hierarchies

Would outer and high hyper hierarchies be considered the same? I say this because they are both infinite layered hierarchies, with each layer perceiving the previous as fiction. The only actual difference to this are that outer layers consist of alephs and high hyper layers consist of dimensions. Correct me if I am wrong on anything, but in the end, are they just the same with different types of layers?

I need this answer to help me determine something.

I thought so. Now I want your opinion on the real reason I posted this. If a transcendence is able to bypass the whole 1-B hierarchy, do you think that exact same transcendence would be able to do the exact same with a 1-A hierarchy?

Damn, that’s tuff. One more thing I should ask since there making a new post would be eh. So what do you think about the difference between high outer and boundless. It says that you have to affect/create/destroy a transcendental abstract level of existence that is conceptually above high 1-A. I don’t really get it, so if you understand it, mind telling me so I can understand it a little more clearly?
