Muzan kinda has more on his arsenal that he might just be able to incapacitate or just lock Carnage out in infinity castle.

At the same time If Carnage can figure out his weakness to sunlight he could win if he does just that

Muzan's regeneration is really fast

Idk if Muzan could fight the Symbiote in a cellular level to infect him or if Carnage can do muzan as well
but seeing how Muzan's Regeneration is too fast it would most likely just outregen its infection

Carnage could potentially mind, possess and madness hax Muzan. They both have ranged weaponry which would make it difficult but with his elasticity and mobility, he should be able to pull it off. He'd know after AP/LS stomping Muzan that he cannot be killed conventionally and would resort to using his symbiotic abilities. Voting Carnage for now.
