    Why is there such a large tier difference on Zelretch profile?

    Been looking at the profile for Zelretch and noticed that while his Prime is Low 1-C, possibly 1-C, his weakened state has stats comparable to normal Servants. I wonder why is that? Shouldn't atleast his Magic have the usual highter tier stuff, don't see why it would become weaker.

    Tsukihime: some small adjustments

    This will be very short. Basically, i realised (i don't know why just now lol) that Nrvnqsr Chaos and Kishima Kouma at their peaks are Low 6-B. Well, Full Power Akiha and Post Tsukihime Arcueid should also scale to this, since they are definitely more powerful than those two by a large margin...
