    Why is there such a large tier difference on Zelretch profile?

    Been looking at the profile for Zelretch and noticed that while his Prime is Low 1-C, possibly 1-C, his weakened state has stats comparable to normal Servants. I wonder why is that? Shouldn't atleast his Magic have the usual highter tier stuff, don't see why it would become weaker.

Well, Full Power Akiha and Post Tsukihime Arcueid should also scale to this, since they are definitely more powerful than those two by a large margin...
