In light of recent feats in 'Age of X-Man', including creating the titular reality (explicitly defined as another plane of existence), and all of its inhabitants aside from the X-Men, and a timeline for it, he should be advanced from Tier 4-B to low Tier 2-C (at least).

Morning. I have a suggestion about X-Man's powers and abilities. Since he has the ability to enter Planck Length, can quantum manipulation be added to his powerset? I did some research and it appears Planck Length works on the quantum level.
