SCP-2935 killed 682 (I presume Article Canon?) and a weakened Scarlet King. Is it believed that this weakened Scarlet King is so inferior to the High 1-A version linked on the page, that the gap is at least by an entire tier?

Now according to the article, SCP 2935 is an universe where everything is dead including the likes of SCP 682 and the Scarlet King.
My question is wouldn't that just mean it killed an alternate version since guys like the Scarlet King are transcdent of the multiverse? And wouldn't it contradict...

According to WoG, SCP-2935 killed everything in the SCPverse, including the Scarlet King. Wouldn't this qualify for 1-B to High 1-B, given the most recent High 1-B statement?
