MIH is at the bottom of this scale, as it only allows Za Warudo, BTD and King Crimson to activate their abilities quicker, while once they get going the abilities clearly override time acceleration (Accelerating an instant, time reversal and no time?). So MIH has no effect on this.

I think it means you are reduced to absolute nothingness, your body, mind, and soul are erased, you're erased from all of time and space on all levels. May or may not include conceptual destruction.

There can only be one omnipotent, if you do a crossover battle with two, they're by definition not omnipotent in said crossover fight.
The time skip prevents effects of things that happen in the time span too; he doesn't need to erase the entire attack, just the moment of its activation.
