    I agree with Repuzzan. People are just saying "Beerus for reasons above" while completely ignoring all of Lightning's powers. Lightning wins via Time Stop, Instant Death, Resurrection, and both Buffing her own Stats while simultaneously Debuffing all of Beerus' Stats.

    This. Other than that, I completely agree with Promestein. If you equalize Verses to the point where you are stripping away characters of what make them themselves, and removing the core mechanics of their series, than you are effectively not making a match with them.
