    I'm also going for inconclusive. Light could win if he bought Shinigami eyes, but it's a weird deal since if he was going to be killed by Saitama in the first place, it actually means that Saitama could die but Light would still be killed by something else. Match ends with both of them dead.

    @Sol IIRC he had to keep killing and killing people across the whole of history so that he could save other people when he became a Servant. He killed more people than Chara killed monsters during the genocide route. I could be wrong and he could've killed just a few people though.

    Ok I see. Well, though Merlin also is an extremely haxxed character, I'm going to go with Discord here for having more versatile and powerful hax. Merlin wasn't shown to be able to use 'Endless Whirl' pre-timeskip, and if she was able to it likely wasn't as potent.

    Merlin takes this since they're fairly similar in speed and AP but Merlin has the edge in hax and versatility. This could also end very quickly and easily if Merlin casts 'Perfect Cube' around herself and Tatsumaki uses a strong attack.

    ^ Genjutsu =/= Kyoka Suigetsu. EDIT: To clarify, since the seems like I'm not using verse equalization, I mean that Kyoka Suigetsu works in a completely different way to genjutsu, and that it has been shown to have stronger effects than nearly all genjutsu, IT's strength being debatable.
