    Considering TGoALiD works on constructs as well as those otherwise immune to insta-death I'd say it is potent enough unless proven otherwise. And if Time Stop does work on Ganon well Ainz will use it combined with TGoALiD the second Grasp Heart fails (assuming he doesn't lead with this strategy)...
