    That was on both profiles before the revision happened, you can check Anime Gohan's profile which still lists "killed him despite losing half of his power."

    I believe that was only applied to the manga continuity, and the anime's additions (Pikkon and Souped-up Dabura stuff) certainly give more leeway to the other interpretation.

    He's definitely SSJ Tier. A weakened Buu Saga Gohan, who's already weaker than his Cell Games counterpart, could hold his own against him. The only way you can get him to SSJ2 tier in the manga is by scaling him to SPC, who's only SSJ tier and below in terms of the anime. And actually looking...

    The main problem with this, is that it assumes that Dabura is anywhere near SSJ2 Gohan, when he only fought SSJ Gohan and would have been stomped by any SSJ2. There's also Kibito being incapable of restoring Gohan to full power, Gohan needing rage to reach his full power and so on.

    Nothing is really stopping us from putting Perfect Cell and above at High 3-A, we already list him being a threat to the universe in the profile. Plus, it'd make the anime versions consistent with the Broly movie, so there's that too

    His restricted key can gain more abilities when he's tapping into his full strength, he's unaware of it himself and it will probably take him some time to actually use it tho

    I'm talking about his base form's Type 5 Immortality, even the restricted LQ can't actually die. He does still sorta need to realize that he can actually regen to get a new body, but still. Also if SBA gives him all the voices, doesn't that also mean he'll start already with the regen?

    And INV's case, Frisk just phases through attacks, which doesn't at all fit what Invulnerability is supposed to be.

    Oh yeah, all this talk made forget, but the "ADDITIONS" section doesn't actually display all the changes, the biggest one not mentioned is sans getting Class M LS.

    Yeah, the 0 INV thing can definitely just be seen as the code reason why sans can deal so much damage so fast, it not having an effect on the Invincibility Additions of the Cloudy Glasses and Torn Notebook certainly disprove it being sans just being able to powernull Invulnerability.
