This has been done before and it's usually considered inconclusive. Similar to Asriel, Chara is incorporeal, characters Frisk has always had issues tagging. Frisk however, has tanked blows infinitely stronger than Chara.
Unless Chara has the Player's soul this won't go anywhere.
