    Well BlazBlue can defeat all of Dragon Ball Heroes (I know none of them are tier 1), they can defeat Devil May Cry characters (Such as Dante, Vergil and Nero), all of top tiers of Archie Sonic and even stomp all of JoJo even Heaven Ascension DIO (I know isn’t 1-C) though except possibly JORGE JOESTAR characters.

    And more like the Nasuverse characters like Gilgamesh from Fate/Grand Order even Karna and such. Also various 1-C Archie Sonic characters such as Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles and Chaos. They also beat Persona characters like Yu Narukami, Joker and Elizabeth. Also they also possibly beat Guilty Gear charges like Sol Badguy and such.

    Though seeing Terumi fighting Kefka would be awesome. But Terumi beats Kefka (Final Fantasy VI).
