Giorno does not have Infinite Speed on this wiki, the only thing that has Infinite Speed is his ability, not him nor the Stand, in which case it's just due to funny scaling in that RTZ's speed can't be measured nor compared with the measuring rods, which in turn can qualify and rate Infinite Speed in multiple cases aka RTZ > MIH/BIG peak speed (Given the stats rate them at their peak).
also it's stated to be the ultimate ability and nothing in verse, up to early Part 8 at the very least, can get by RTZ, which would obviously include MIH and BIG, given they're both featured in the guide that jacks it off
