    It's simple, tbf. The Ley Lines got CM is just because of the word "Conceptual Network" with no further explanations why is it conceptual in a literal sense and therefore you're manipulating a concepts. There's no scan saying those things besides just "conceptual network". While we have the antifeats for it, such as the Ley Lines are more into "Information" rather than Concepts.
