For calculation of blitzing feats, we usually use peak human or superhuman reaction time. To use anything higher, you would need some inverse statement for character having higher speed. I think a steel door of these dimensions should have a much larger cavity, otherwise it would weigh over a ton and ordinary security guards wouldn't be able to open it.
Plus, the very fact that the door is hollow makes it much easier to deform, because rolling up a paper box and rolling up a solid paper block are two different things.
