I mean, you can but you'd have to give a logical win condition for Barney since the in-character of a vs battle is a fight to the death.

As the main issue with Barney were concerns on if his abilities would work on humans in lack of feats, Princess's nature should remove that concern (or at least opens debate for that, given they both work based on Subjective Reality), so from there the issue would be the in-character stuff for both, which can be discussed in the proper vs thread.
