  • Hello, I wanted to talk about two calcs for lookism (speed).

-I don't think we should be using superhuman speed for a person who has 0 narrative implications that he is that fast nor a feat. His whole character is based on fighting in the dark. I feel like Daniel started to move before the timeframe that the person measured. Daniel was himself shocked and didn't know what happened and that is also a reason why his body could have moved before the timeframe.

I have made a comment on the blog.
The main issue with it for me is how goo cuts the gun but the bullet falls to the floor losing all of it's motion instantly. Assuming the trigger was pulled at the time and even created a 'BAM' sound. Isn't it very strange for the bullet to not cover atleast some distance outside of the gun itself?
I also discovered that the whole argument goes out the window once we see that the bullet isn't even cut.
Either Goo cut the gun before the trigger was pulled ( BAM could be the sound of Goo cutting the gun) or strange lookism logic. I believe first point is more defendable rather then blaming the entire logic.

I wanted your say on the two stuff I covered. I also have issues with the Sinu blitzing fodder calculation as there is not much evidence that he hit them all in a single timeframe .

    Seems reasonable to me.
But I still have some issues remaining like

What implications that we have which puts the person at the level of Akira?
He is only seen fighting in the dark. Using a superhuman end for someone for who we have no statements or indications.
His whole character was based on fighting in dark. I just don't get that

I get your points but the bullet falls down which is clearly not cut.
I don't know if I missed something but it doesn't add up for the trigger to be fired and when goo cuts the gun which causes the bullet which is supposed to be in motion to fall to the ground.
And was Goo shown to cut the gun AFTER the BAM sound?
I don't see enough evidence for Goo to cut the gun AFTER the trigger has been pulled .

I just don't understand as to why a single timeframe for different people would make sense?

This guy is a 1st Generation 1000 Squad Leader. There is no reason to assume he isn't superhuman.

The object falling to the ground is not a bullet. As I already explained above, it's a shell casing.

Whether the gun was cut or not is irrelevant. If he hadn't cut the bullet, he would have died. And I already explained that above. You're ignoring my argument.
A cutting sound would not be represented by "BAM." "BAM" is a sound effect commonly used to indicate a gunshot. Another piece of evidence is that, in the next panel, a shell casing falls to the ground. After a bullet is fired, the projectile exits the barrel, leaving behind the casing. This also indicates that the gun was fired. As you can see, there are a total of two pieces of evidence showing that the bullet was fired.

If Goo had not cut the bullet, he would have died. After a bullet is split in half, it loses a significant amount of its velocity. Therefore, even if the bullet were to hit Goo after being cut, it would not cause meaningful damage. For Goo to survive, he had to cut the bullet.

It doesn't matter that they are different people. Since he delivered the final kick to the guy who said, 'I couldn't see him,' it proves that he covered that much distance within this timeframe.

Ok if that isn't a bullet then I don't have anything

This feat won't work because of the close punch evading rule. Also i think I'm kinda getting ignored but I've already stated why KP shouldn't get pass subsonic.

I have already told why they would. Also, do you even know what I am calculating?
Hey Viott, I pretty much got in contact with Drite about a calc but he had pretty much told me he doesn’t review manwha calcs and told me he only would if you read this calc and gave me the green light. I’m trying to revise the verse and if you were to review these calcs then it would be of big help since Study Group has no official calcs and I’m relying on inaccurate placeholder values. For more context it would establish a baseline and higher end speed scaling assuming the calculations are right. Thank you in advance. Edit, I also do not plan to make this a regular occurrence. This is only an one off since Study Group is in dire need of calcs.

    Here it is;

    New lookism feat:
Hi Viott its me again so uh, a new lookism chapter came out and uhhh, remember that cathredal miss Kim was in? Well James and Kitae had a path clash and uh
this is the result of that😭:
    What the actual ****

    Good luck calcing it😭🫡
Hello Viott, I am messaging you regarding an update on our last conversation as a new chapter of lookism dropped showing that the cars DID sustain damage from the shockwave:
    Image

Would that now make the feat calculable and if yes how would it be calc'd and how high would it scale?

I see. Again thank you for the information! Do you think you would eventually be free to calc it? (No need if you don't feel like it) I unfortunately can't do it myself because as I said I am not an expert, sowwy QwQ

This feat isn’t that impressive, so I’m not going to calculate it.

Oh darn I guess it just looked impressive but it actually wasn't lol

Hello Viott could I please ask you a question regarding a previous calc request?
    Powerscalingcat
    Powerscalingcat
I see. What about the cars that were sent flying or would calcing the feat still be deemed invalid and if so why? (Genuine question since I am not well versed in doing calcs and how a calc is deemed valid)

If the shockwave is strong enough to throw a car’s windows and the car itself, then it would be at most 1 psi.

Because there is no physical damage to the car.

    Oh fair enough lol

Thank you for answering my question! Have a nice day/night Viott :3

    Hello
Do you want take a part in this match?

Yes, this is an outlier. Maybe in the future there might be a calculation to support the 7-C computation, but for now, there isn’t.

I did an 8-C calculation for Gorlanov and we are left with a High 8-C/8-B calculation for Baki's city block earthquake

I think the 8-B calculation can be used.

Don’t forget to send me a message when you open the CRT.

Hi, I saw you're supporting PTJverse and I'd love to chat with you about future updates. Do you have a Discord account or something?

Hey, if you want to make a massive Bakiverse boost, then delve into issekai.
I don't agree with the ogre's evaporation calculation and neither does TheRustyOne, but we have many absurd feats to come next.
A shock wave that spread throughout the entire island. It didn't leave any serious damage and we should use 3 psi, but that would already give a 7-C+ result.

In the last chapters there was a powerful cloud feat that lays claim to 7-A

It is unknown whether this was done using the Trident or a feat of strength.

However, I am clearly sure that the current Retsu is soloing his verse
