Yeah, blitzing in general isn't really treated that way by the wiki precisely because of how ridiculously the values get inflated by taking it at face value, not to mention the calc stacking nature of it. You're right though, the profiles kinda exaggerate how fast Cheetu is. The anime (which I know isn't really treated as a proper secondary canon by the wiki but still gives valuable context) has him viewing them in slow motion but not as completely still, and yeah like you said the difference isn't so insane that they can't deal with his speed despite being way slower, it's the entire reason anyone besides Cheetu has Hypersonic+ reactions in the first place.
 
I know the state of nen crush has shifted a lot over the years, but does a person need resistance to type 3 madness manip specifically to not get stomped in a versus match against someone like yorknew killua?
