There a lot I want to say but firstly…

What exactly do you want to propose here? There are calculations but no scaling chain to the characters on how or why they scale.

If you still want to continue with this, just use the 8-B calculations and the 6-C calculation for the AP section. The speed is fine (minus the Demon Flick for now) in general though I honestly prefer dealing it in larger CRT.

5-A calculation is now a bit complicated to scale so I suggest you drop it for now.

I don't think keys or AP description changes are needed for the current profiles since even with their upgrades they're strength remains more or less consistent throughout the story, and I don't think each individual arc(and the story as a whole) is long enough to warrant a separate key. So this will just be an update for their AP and letting Lowji's Ultimail Ultima Mode scale to Maximum Kizuna Kaiser.

I digress but I will dealt with that latter. Because they did train and grows stronger for each arc like gaining new power, the increase of bond energy and its usage etc etc.

One thing for sure, you need to put scans for each of them so people can know where the justification come from.

Edit: Ignoring the Key case for now, I suggest you put Ap rating and description. You already have proper scaling chains. You just have to adapt it in proper format. Exp for Red (I am on my phone so I can’t exactly put the scans properly for now)

City Block level (During the first time he transform in the Otherworld, he defeat Othros who could create ice spikes which require this much energy), higher via Equipment (Has various tools that help him to fight his enemies. Using the Calibur, he able to match Lowji while the latter using the Holy Sword who previously easily defeat the Giant that take the combine power of 4 people to defeat), Likely Island level when Enrage (Able to harm Abu Dabi who previously defeat the his previous self and Lowji. Abu dabi is considered the second strongest among the sibling and thus should be comparable to Shauha that when the latter had power increase by several times, able to restraint Elemental Kizuna Master), even higher via Kizuna Black (Overpowered the combination of two special move done by the children of the Demon Queen), Island level via Maximum Kizuna Kaiser (Able to push the giant head to the outer space), Island level+ via Elemental Kizuna Master & Giganjured General (The Elemental Kizuna Master is shown capable to contain and redirect the explosion to the sky which resulted in this. Elemental Kizuna Master is stated to possess firepower comparable to Giganjured General which retroactive mean that the latter is as powerful as it)

Yeah they did, however their tiers didn't really change that much from when they're in the early chapters.

Hmm now that I think about it shouldn't Enraged Kizuna Red, Kizuna Black, and Burning Blood all scale to the same value?

Not really… they are kinda complicated to say the least like like their power kinda fluctuate a lot depending on scenario like during the early arc Kizuna Red only able to harm Abu Dabi when he enrage state but in the whole Demon Queen Arc, he able to match Abu Dabi which the latter had their power unsealed while still in base without having to go mad. This can be argued because of training, increase of bond energy, adaptability etc. Also, Kizuna Black when enrage become stronger enough to push Domad all the way to the throne room when his Crimson Kizuna Blood unable to do that.

In any case, for now, it’s better to treat each transformation to be increase in strength with their own justification. Enrage/Empowerment will be dealt latter.

To put it simply, I suggest we drop the scaling of the Demon Queen Arc for now since it would complicate the whole scaling.

Unsealed Shauha scale to 18.79 Gigatons (Island level). Since it is stated that her power increase by several time, her Sealed State would be around 6.26 Gigatons (Island level). Since Abu Dabi is considered stronger than her, he will also scale to 6.26 Gigatons and yes, Enrage Kizuna Red will scale to this. Kizuna Black would scale to twice that value (Since it overpower combine attack of Abu Dabi and Vidan) or around 12.52 Gigatons (Island level) and thus Burning Blood scale above that to an unquantifiable degree.

• Attack Potency: At least City Block level(He was able to easily defeat the Orthos), At most Island level when Enraged(After getting enraged was able to harm Abu Dabi who scales to 5 Gigatons), higher with Kizuna Black or Burning Blood. Island level with Kizuna Kaiser(This is Red's strongest weapon which he often uses to combat giant foes that can't be harmed by him or any of his other tools) higher with Giganjured General (Being Kizuna Kaiser's artillery focused form it's firepower naturally many times stronger than the base form) Island level+ with Elemental Kizuna Master (This form of Kizuna Kaiser was able to contain and redirect an explosion that would have wiped out the entire Demi-Human Federation)
• Speed- Supersonic as Kizuna Red: Burning Blood. Hypersonic+ Travel Speed with Kizuna Kaiser, Supersonic+ Attack Speed with Giganjured General
• Durability - At most Island level (He was able to withstand Abu Dabi's attacks), Island level with Kizuna Black and Burning Blood(Kizuna Black to take hits from Bad End Red's Kizuna Black form, while Burning Blood was able to withstand multiple hits from Unsealed Shauha). Island Level with Kizuna Kaiser(Comparable to it's AP) likely higher with either Giganjured General and Elemental Kizuna Master(Giganjured General was able to withstand getting assailed by multiple giant foes at once, and the Elemental Kizuna Master is likely comparable to the former.)

Lowji Mist-

• Attack Potency: At least City Block level, likely Island Level at most (He was able to match Red's base form, and was later shown to be capable of matching a berserk Kizuna Black)
• Durability: At least City Block level, likely Island Level at most (He was able to withstand Abu Dabi's attacks and was able to take hits from Kizuna Black
