Not expecting any of that, its been said that it will mostly focus on the manga. I think it would be a miracle for there to be many interesting things in it scaling wise. The description makes it sound like a long summary of NNG in one giant book.

It's going to focus on the manga not the anime,so I'm not really expecting new info on urashiki, one of kaguya's ability is already listed as a shinjutsu the rest are meh and we already know that the tso is a ninjutsu ability. Considering 3T Itachi already scales to Fatigued KCM Naruto, it'd be pretty weird for Naruto's attack to scale to the Susanoo which is much faster.
We can consider rasenshuriken as faster than his other attacks

This is another issue. If Bijuudama and Rasenshuriken are both Susanoo Arrow level in speed, then Naruto's RS and Bee's Bijuudama moving at the same speed would indicate Naruto and BM Bee's relativity, but even Base Bee demonstrates relativity to this Naruto via fighting 3T Itachi and the Edo Jinchuriki that keep up with Naruto.
For me; if 3 tomoe itachi scales to 3 tomoe sasuke, kcm naruto and edo nagato can also scales to them ,maybe bijuu cloak bee can also scales to it
