Invincible Season 4 General Discussion Thread

Geniunely one of the greatest fan animations I have seen. The play with focal length is so good

Just general destruction. "We'll tear this place in two" "We'll tear this place apart" ≠ we'll split the planet in half.

Reread what I'm talking about.
Again: look what they did to Viltrum. You see those uninhabitable space chunks?

"And it would be fair retaliation for what you did to our home world." I want you to tell me, with a straight face, that threatening to tear the planet in half, and then saying it'd be fair retaliation for what was done to Viltrum, which is space chunks with no atmosphere at this point is not saying "Tear the planet in half straight up"

I already answered what I think it means. Bringing up viltrum doesn't support this, which why I said reread what I said.

Then understand this: it is accepted as legitimate because of the context of the Immediately proceeding statement. Which is in the same panel.

If there was no context and it was being taken at face value for big number, you'd be right, but there is context saying it'd be retaliation for a planet that is not in one piece anymore, so it is taken at face value. Context outranks everything.

I think what he's questioning is whether it literally means splitting it in two... Not destroying it, but literally splitting it in two.

Season 4 CRT when?
When everyone agrees on how to go about the 3 relevant feats.
Sun disk's destruction is the only one currently being discussed and it's in a stalemate, by the looks of it Nolan moving a planet will also need a dedicated thread and Viltrum's destruction is Viltrum's destruction

Kirkman didn't confirmed that Nolan moved that planet alone and because of people asking this question said to them to pay properly attention to Season 4? Although the 1 week and 1 month ends of that feat are the safest, considering that Nolan was able to hold his breath to the point he grew a full beard while traveling in space

What does this have to do with anything
Anyway, assuming it took 1 month would be giving them insane stamina. At least on my end, it shouldn't have been longer than a day

It is just because in order to grow a full beard it should have taken weeks, that is just what I'm saying

Not really, the whole point of the feat is that it’s supposed to mimic old school Superman moving planets. It taking a week or month would be a pretty massive low ball

Lets actually make a list of all the relevant and supporting feats
  • Viltrum Planet Bust: 5B-5A
  • Solar Disk Destruction: Needs to be recalced/currently in limbo, might not even scale
  • Nolan Moves a Planet: Recalc in the Solar Disk thread results in 5-C
  • 37 Viltrumites statement: 5-C
  • Nolan can destroy the moon(Showrunner statement): 5-C
  • Season 3 Mark can move the moon (Showrunner statement): Whatever that calculates out to
